According to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports, former Yankees pitcher Chien-Ming Wang recieved a positive report from surgeon Dr. James Andrews today and is expected to begin throwing off a mound in 6-8 weeks.
His agents expect this to mean that more teams will be interested in Wang and they are probably right as this means he’ll be on a mound by the start of spring training. It doesn’t mean he’ll be ready to start the season on time, but it is a good sign that he’ll contribute this season.
Last we heard, the Yankees were willing to match any offer made to Wang, but we also know that by non-tendering him they think $4 million is to much to pay.
What do you think? I wonder if the Yankees will panic and end up paying him more than the $4 million he would have gotten through arbitration. Will he be back?

I think Yankees should get Wang back in whatsoever price they gonna pay coz Wang will definitely deliver a fantastic result to Yankees.
