The Yankees swept past Minnesota in the ALDS after they jumped out to an early lead against Twins pitcher Brian Duensing and the Yankees never looked back thanks to a strong performance by Phil Hughes.
They now have to wait for the winner of the Rays/Texas series to find out their opponent in the ALCS which starts on Friday.
According to MLB.com, Game 1 of the ALCS starts Friday.
