D-Rob will not come off DL after 15 days

David Robertson has been out a week already with a strained oblique, but the injury he initially tried to downplay will keep him on the DL past 15 days, according to Dan Barbarisi of the Wall Street Journal.

This is not a serious injury, but they are hard to judge. Being as he’s David Robertson and is now the Yankees most important reliever, it makes sense that they’ll wait a few extra days to make sure he’s completely pain free before running him out there and causing a setback.
