Much talk of finding replacement for A-Rod. But Yanks may have internal solution to platoon against lefties with Chavez. Both Laird and Russo have hit lefties very well — OPS well over .800. Ideally, this would be the spot for Mustelier. But he's hurt and I'd like to see one othese guys get a shot.

  2. Greg Corcoran says:

I'm not sure how long Mustelier was out for but I was not under the impression that it would be more than a week or so. I hope he comes back soon, because I am not particularly impressed with Laird, even with his recent hot hitting. Kevin Russo provides nothing in the power department and we all know who Ramiro Pena is.
