• River Ave Blues takes a look at the Yankees now 40-game streak of scoring at least 3-runs per game behind just the 1930 Philadelphia Athletics at 41 and the 1994 Indians at 48.

• curses at Robinson Cano for blocking Corban Joseph at second base. It’s not a terrible problem though as the Yankees have a solid trade chip in him.

• The Captain’s Blog calls out certain Yankees fans for booing Alex Rodriguez and points out that he has been better per at bat than all but five other Yankees in the history of the team.
