Yankees Morning Bits (injuries edition): Teixeira, D-Rob, Garcia, and cuts 1

Mark-TeixeiraIf the goal of Spring Training is to make it out healthy, the Yankees are doing a poor job.

• Mark Teixeira will skip the WBC and miss at least two weeks due to a right wrist strain.

• David Robertson was scratched from yesterday’s game due to arm trouble. He says he just slept on it wrong.

• Long shot outfield candidate Adonis Garcia will miss 6-8 weeks to have surgery on his broken wrist.

• The Yankees are down to 66 players in camp after a second round of cuts. Tyler Austin and Gary Sanchez are the biggest names.
