Rodriguez ready to seek injunction of appeal decision

Alex Rodriguez 11

We now return you to your original¬†programming¬†of “As The World Revolves around A-Rod”.

According to the New York Daily News, Alex Rodriguez is reportedly ready to seek an injunction to block the decision of arbitrator Frederic Horowitz should the decision not go into Rodriguez’s favor.

“The papers are all ready,” a source told the Daily News.

Rodriguez has already sued Major League Baseball and the Yankees team doctors this offseason, so he’s quite familiar with the legal system. Rodriguez also reportedly stated that he was a scapegoat and the 211-game suspension was an unjust punishment delivered by Bud Selig.

Rodriguez has made it his mission to play in 2014, and it seems quite clear that he plans on making sure it happens anyway possible.

  1. Yankees fan says:

How fair is that? Anyone else that used steroids got 50 game suspensions? Whats the difference between A Rod and other players?

  2. Mike Sommer says:

Wouldn't any kind of acceptance be an admission of guilt? If so, screw A-Rod.

  3. Rodriguez aswell reportedly declared that he was a dupe and the 211-game abeyance was an biased abuse delivered by Bud Selig.

Rodriguez has fabricated it his mission to play in 2014, and it seems absolutely bright that he affairs on authoritative abiding it happens anyhow possible.

  4. rose heller says:

if a-choke does play ( and I hope he does not) then you just know that he will stink. besides being a choke, he is also a Goddamn loser

  5. Michael R says:

    Please make him go away.

  6. @Jim_Catfish says:

Not only is he an idiot, he has forgotten how to play baseball………

  7. It is amazing how many Yankee fans want him back. The mindset is "who else do we have?" How is this team going to react when/if he is reinstated? He, to put it mildly, is polarizing. A great way to divide a clubhouse, not to mention that all those lawsuits are not sitting well with Cashman, Randy Levine and Hal/Hank.

He threw Girardi under the bus by suggesting that the manager played him in the 2012 playoffs when poor Alex was hurt, so he'd get more hurt, all roads leading to voiding or at least shorten his contract. That is how delusional AROD is. Joe Girardi is not managing to win, he's managing to damage AROD. In the post-season yet!

    At any cost…….dump Alex Rodriguez.

  9. SUSPENSION 162 GAMES—–Now comes the fun. AROD'S camp have already issued a statement, they will fight it. No precedent here. Can they keep him off the field? Will Yanks try to break ties?
