Yankees officially sign nine 2014 Draft picks

The New York Yankees have officially announced they have signed nine of their picks from the 2014 MLB Draft. Those players are:

— 2B Ty MacFarland (Round 10)
— RHP Matthew Borens (Round 11)
— 1B Bo Thompson (Round 13)
— RHP Joe Harvey (Round 19)
— C Colin Slaybaugh (Round 26)
— OF Griffin Gordon (Roind 27)
— RHP Matt Wotherspoon (Round 34)
— 2B Ryan Lindemuth (Round 37)
— RHP Andre Del Bosque (Round 38)

The Yankees are currently working on signing their top prospects. The Yankees top pick Jacob Lindgren is on his way to Tampa and he’s slated to begin his career with Class-A Charleston. The Yankees are also slated to sign third round pick Austin DeCarr, fourth round pick Jordan Montgomery and fifth round pick Jordan Foley.
