Injury Notes: Ellsbury, Teixeira

We have a few “injury” reports before today’s game, so let’s get right to them, shall we?

Jacoby Ellsbury: Jacoby Ellsbury isn’t in the lineup today due to feeling a little “beat up.” Apparently not having the DH in a rotation is hurting the Yankees but the good news is Ellsbury is expected to be back in the lineup tomorrow.

Mark Teixeira: Mark Teixeira isn’t in today’s game due to having his knee drained following last night’s game. He had been playing with fluid in his knee for quite some time and he’s expected to be in the lineup tomorrow.
