After getting hit in the face on a foul tip, Brian McCann was removed from the game in the 6th inning and was later diagnosed with a “mild concussion”.

I’m not sure what a “mild concussion” means, but right now McCann is “day-to-day”. The Yankees have the option of putting McCann on the 7-day DL, but as of right now I don’t think the Yankees are going to go that route.
