Complete embarrassment ! That's twice now they have lost to Hughes , the same guy who has given up 23 homers this year and when he played for us would throw 100 pitches in five innings with three homers ! No excuse ! Better bounce back today !

This road trip will be a test for the Yankees. If they come home in good shape, they'll be competitive in post-season. If they lose ground, they won't win the pennant. We've seen two teams so far this year, and we don't know for sure which is the real NY Yankees. We'd be wise not to get our hopes up.
