As the Yankees enter their final series of the 2016 season, they had the chance to spoil the Baltimore Orioles Wild Card dreams. Unfortunately, the Orioles hit three home runs in the fifth inning and never looked back, resulting in a 8-1 loss at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx New York.

The lone run for the Yankees came on a SAC Fly in the fourth off the bat of Mark Teixeira.

Pineda went 4.1 innings, giving up five runs on six hits while striking out five. James Pazos gave up three runs while retiring two batters, Anthony Swarzak pitched two scoreless innings, Chasen Shreve pitched a scoreless frame and Ben Heller pitched a scoreless inning.

What’s Next?

— Luis Severino will take the mound in place of Masahiro Tanaka, who has been shut down for the remainder of the season. Wade Miley will pitch for the Orioles. First pitch is at 4:05 p.m. and the game will air on the YES Network.

Let them all have there fun with the Yankees's , the future is bright and do not let Severino or Bettancesget you down , they are young and will figure it out, let's hope it's not with another team.
