Yankees & Royals game postponed due to inclement weather

The New York Yankees announced the series finale between the Bronx Bombers and Kansas City Royals has been postponed due to inclement weather.

Both teams agreed to make up the game on September 25th at Yankee Stadium. The time has not been announced. If you had tickets for today’s game, they can be used for the one-game series on September 25th. If you cannot attend the September 25th game, you can exchange your tickets at the Yankees box office for any Yankees game up to 12 months from today’s date. If fans have complimentary tickets, they can only be used for the September 25th game.

With the Yankees game postponed, the Bronx Bombers have temporarily won the series and will giveĀ Masahiro Tanaka an extra day of rest. Tanaka is now slated to start on Friday against the Oakland Athletics oppositeĀ Kendall Graveman.
