2010 will mark the second annual Bronx Baseball Daily fantasy baseball league. If you would like to participate, leave a comment with your information or e-mail me at pinstripespa@gmail.com. The live draft date is still tentative, but the free head-to-head league will be hosted by Yahoo! and will feature a maximum of 18 teams. We’re looking for competitive but good-natured managers who will remain active throughout the season.

We actually did it last year, but we only had about half the league participating. I came in 3rd after being in last place until July. But I beat the only two people I cared about beating. I’d love it if we could get 18 teams this year. That would be awesome.
I noticed that there is an options to make divisions, if we get 18 teams maybe we should do that. Have two divisions of 9. It’ll make for better competition.

Haha I just learned that this will not be the first – but it will technically be the first with the new revamped and expanded staff I guess.
We already have several readers who have inquired, so I think we have a legit shot at filling the 18 team league. I’m sure I can still do divisions too.

You CAN change the division names, however.

It should let you change the name where it says division names. It is possible it won’t work because the league is the Pinstripe Alley league and we have 4 divisions of 5 teams (the max) so depending on the amount of divisions it may change the option of being allowed to change division names or not.

If we’re going with 20 teams, which I think we should, we should go with 4 divisions. Now, we should figure out 4 fun names.

You should make the divisions Yogi, Whitey, Mickey and Donny.
